Double Room in a cracking neighborhood

Hi, I'm Olly and I'm advertising my spare room in the property I'm renting. It is a two bedroom house in a professional neighborhood in Blofield.

The Room:

The room is a spacious one with a walk in closet and east facing windows so you get plenty of sunlight. It's on the first floor up next to the loo.

The House:

The rest of the house consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom and then my room on the top floor.

The bathroom has a power shower and a tub so best of both worlds, the house is carpeted in a luxury Whittaker carpet and it's a in a lovely area with a convenience store, pub and post office within a 5 minute walk.

Me:

A little bit more about me! I'm a twenty one year old chef/musician who likes a clean house and a happy vibe and am looking for ideally a like minded individual to move into my spare room.

You will hear me play my instruments, which will be mostly guitar, but I would say I'm respectable with volume and don't play at stupid times in the day. I'm also a big rock n roll fan, listen to bands such as the Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Faces, Beatles, Led Zep etc. So if you're also a fan I may be a little bias ;)
