Spacious En-Suite Double Room

Hi, I'm looking for someone to move into my room in Threescore from July 15- September 15 2024 (can extend for the next academic year). It is bills included for the 2 months. There is potential to extend your stay for the next academic year 24-25. There are also 2 non-ensuite rooms available

This is a really spacious room with ample storage space and a good sized en-suite. The house has a large kitchen, living room and a large conservatory + garden. There is a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, and washing machine in the kitchen.

There are 2 masters students currently at the property who will be moving out in September

This is a great location especially for students who'd like a quieter place to live. It is close to the hospital and UEA. It is a 15 minute walk from the local large supermarket but there is a bus stop going into town/the hospital very close to the house (less than 5 minute walk)

Council tax band D (exempt from this if you're a student)
