1 room available in a lovely 3 bed house

Hello! we have a room in our 3 bed house student that needs filling due to someone else moving on. It’s on the 26A route and 13 mins on the bus (30 mins walk). it’s £490 a month not including bills. There’s also a video of the floor plan which I can send you if you get in contact. Here are the things it comes with:
•TV
•All kitchen appliances (microwave ect)
•A driveway for two cars
•All double beds
•Large back garden
•One shared bathroom (but three toilets in the house)
The lack of photo's is due to the house being rather messy when we viewed it. We do not currently live in this house but the move in date is the 11th of August 2026. Female preferred but not a deal breaker, please get in contact if you like the look of it :)
Council tax band C but obviously if you are a student this won't apply.
