Room available in spacious 2 bed house in Brundall. Double bed, side table/draws and chest of draws supplied. 10 minute commute to Broadland business park and 20 minutes to central Norwich, via bus or train. Free parking space available. My girlfriend and I are 26 and live here with our cat and 2 guinea pigs (outdoors). My girlfriend is at home full time and I work in central Norwich Monday to Friday. The house is fully furnished with a downstairs toilet and upstairs bathroom. We have a garden, but being a new build, it’s is currently a work in progress but we hope to have it finished in the summer.
