We are a young professional, married couple who would like to offer our upstairs bedroom and shower room in our three storey, five bedroom detached house in Old Catton.
3 students have stayed with us so far and have used either bicycle or public transport to get to the UEA. There is a bus stop within 10 minutes walk from the house which goes straight there; the Konect Bus 512.
Also, only two minutes walk from the house, the 38 bus goes to the city centre.
Alternatively, if you have your own transport, we have a spare off road car parking space.
There is a Co-op and Tesco nearby as well scenic parkland.
We have a large Wren Kitchen which we're happy to share, as well as dining room, utility room and garden.
