Single room in NR6, 5 Bedroom House

We are a young, professional, married couple who would like to offer our first floor single bedroom in our three storey, five bedroom, detached house in Old Catton, Norwich.

You would have 99% private access to the bathrom; my husband and I have our own ensuite, and the girl who rents the room upstairs has her own shower room. It's just sometimes I would want a bath 😅 Four students and one professional have stayed with us so far and have used either bicycle or public transport to get to the UEA. There is a bus stop within 10 minutes walk from the house which goes straight there; the Konect Bus 512.
Also, only one minute walk from the house, the 38 bus goes to the city centre.

Alternatively, if you have your own transport, we have a spare off road car parking space.
There is a Co-op and Tesco nearby as well scenic parkland.

We have a large Wren Kitchen which we're happy to share, as well as dining room, utility room and garden.
