-Living with live in landlady (mum, dad and 2 children) and also 1 other female lodger. All of us are professionals working full time and children at school so the house is very peaceful during the day and extremely quiet at night time

-We have been hosts to international language students for the past 10 years so we are completely used to sharing our home

-Suitable for female professional or student looking for a clean and quiet home (as opposed to a party house) I am sorry to any gentlemen but I prefer to let the room to females.
