The en-suite double bedroom is £550 per month all inclusive. There is a large built-in wardrobe. This room is very bright, facing southeast. There is a shower cube in the bathroom, the shower is very powerful.

The second double bedroom with your own bathroom and a separated dressing/ study room is £550 per month all inclusive, facing the back garden, very quiet.

Large and clean eat-in kitchen to be shared, with wash machine, dish washer, fridge and freezer included. The family bathroom comes with bath and shower. One toilet downstair. The house is new built and furbished. £500 deposit for each room is required when signing contract.
