Single room for student near UEA, NNUH

We are offering a single room in a detached house, ideal for a student or postgraduate as it's close to the University of East Anglia (UEA).

The room has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk. The room has a sunny aspect with a south-east facing window that overlooks tranquil gardens with lawns and trees.

It's a relaxed, friendly house with WiFi, central heating and shared use of the living room, kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine & tumble dryer. You would share a bathroom with one other female, for this reason a female tenant is preferred. Currently, there is one professional, one student and two friendly dogs living in the house.

Rent is inclusive of gas, electricity, water and WiFi. Council tax band G (full-time students are exempt from council tax). A rental agreement will be provided. If you are a foreign national, you are required to show evidence of the right to live in the UK.

The University of East Anglia (0.6 mile) is walkable across a footbridge over the River Yare. The Norwich & Norfolk University Hospital (1.1 miles) and John Innes Centre (1.4 miles) are also within walking or cycling distance.

The Cringleford Heights bus stop is nearby, with direct bus services to Norwich City Centre, the Norwich & Norfolk University Hospital, Wroxham, Hethersett, Sprowston and Swanton Morley. Also, the Cringleford Interchange bus stop is a little further away with additional direct bus services to Norwich City Centre, Norwich Railway Station, Wymondham, Attleborough, Spixworth, Dereham and Brundall.
