Lovely sunny room available

The kitchen

Our long term lodger of 4-5 years has moved on! So now we have a room available short term (until the end of August) in a pretty little old cottage in the lovely quiet village of Croxton which is also very close to Thetford and the A11 so has good links.
The room has a large built in wardrobe, views over fields, a single bed, desk and chair (though can also be unfurnished if required).
There is also a large country kitchen, and a living room with a wood burner. The kitchen is fully equipped with large range, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer etc. There is off street parking and broadband, a shower and bath.
We are: live in landlady and landlord and their dog, and also other male lodger- all clean and tidy, friendly and easy going.

I would like a friendly, easy going lodger who is tidy and mature. This is not a party house, but equally I want you to feel like it is your home as well.
