Double room available in 2 bed flat.

Decent sized double room, has a single bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.

Use of living room, kitchen and bathroom. There's internet, freeview and Amazon prime in the house. Bath with a decent shower.

No parking currently available but you may be able to arrange something should you need to as there's under ground parking available - I have a car and a space so I'm sure you could 'rent' a space as they aren't all taken up.

I have 2 kittens Sansa and Gomez, so probably not appropriate for any other animals.

Short term or Monday-Friday let's considered and rent adjustments will be worked out.

I'm a friendly, bubbly 28 year old female, quite relaxed. All for having a laugh, though happy to let you have your own space too. I live a slightly alternative lifestyle, and it's not for everyone but good news, you don't have to be involved and I don't bring it home with me :) I work long hours in Ipswich but work from home a day or two a week. Its important whoever moves in is someone I get along with really well - it's a decent sized flat, but it's my home and I want to be comfortable in it.

Dereham is a great town, we have a large Tesco and Morrisons, a good number of local pubs, eateries and one club, a small town with all the essentials. Its a 20 minute drive into Norwich City as well as a regular bus service into the city.
