Double ensuite room in newly converted barn

Hethel Barn is a newly renovated two bedroom barn conversion, ideally suited to people working in the area and needing a quiet, clean and homely space to relax in. The very rural location requires guests to have their own transport.

Hethel Barn is located on our family farm approx 6 miles from Norwich city centre and the Norwich Research Park (and UEA). It is within walking distance to Lotus and Hethel Engineering.

The two bedrooms (Oak Room and Ash Room) share a front door and kitchenette which is equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, two ring induction stove, microwave and breakfast bar. Each room has a picnic table in the cottage garden.

The bedrooms can be set up with twin single beds or one superking bed, depending on the guest's preference. Each bedroom has an ensuite shower room.

The bedrooms have underfloor heating, superfast broadband, 43" TVs, desks and separate dining tables. High quality guest bedding and towels are provided.

Guests may purchase our free range eggs and home produced honey.

The minimum stay in each room is three nights. Long term stays may be negotiated on an individual basis. Please contact me for further information.
