A 4 bed detached house with all the bedrooms upstairs. Two single rooms upstairs are available to rent out i(both are Small-ish in size) Approx: 9.5 ft x 7ft. & 8ft x 8ft sq.
One of the rooms could be used as a office if you work from home and therefore need an additional room to work out from. (A price discount considered for the two room taken by one person !).
Both rooms are functional. if you don’t have a lot of stuff, then it will work for you here !
The rooms consist of: A single bed, bedside cabinet, double size wardrobe, small draws, shelving on walls. Single office computer /writing desk and chair. Bedding & towels included if need be. Has Walled radiator, curtains & carpeted. One room is facing the front street view, while the other room facing the back of the house overlooking a well kept garden.

You will be sharing the bathroom with one other house lodger in the next door bedroom.

The layout is a 4 bedroom house, and the live-in-Landlord takes up one of these bedrooms, and has his own private en-suite bathroom.
The other 3 bedrooms upstairs share one bathroom together, also there is a toilet downstairs on the ground floor.

Lodgers Bathroom:
Large Bath (with a decent shower hose within the bath, with good water pressure). Toilet, sink, shelf, shave point, ceiling drying hoist, radiator, window. Including Towels.

The house although dated in style, is fully functional, has all mod cons, central heating and a recent fast fibre broadband.

The live in landlord is an active pensioner, he is lovely quiet and pleasant gentleman type, who is very switched on and a keen gardener, also a Chess playing/teacher expert, so if you want to learn or practice and improve your chess skills, then you're in the right place !

You'll have full use of the house, it's kitchen, dinning room/lounge (TV lounge you will virtually have to yourself), There is a Conservatory/sunroom, A well stocked Garden which has a lovely outside seating/eating area.

Garage: is Not available for any Parking, as it has been adapted for storage and garden storage equipment use only.
Street Parking available outside the front of house.

Looking for a working mature person, who will best fit in with the 50+ age group here !
You must be respectful within, and of the household itself, and one who cleans up after yourself !!
A regular cleaner comes weekly to clean the communal household parts only. You are expected to keep your room clean and clean up and put away after yourself in all other areas of the house as you go along.

Bus stop at the corner of the road, regularly heading towards Norwich centre, Which is a 15/20mins ride.
Or bus going the other direction which is heading towards Bungay.

A Pub and Fish& chips shop literally at top of road, also a decent size Budgens food store all within a few 5mins walk.

Sorry no smoking in the house nor pets allowed. Must be in working employment.
