The room is fully furnished with brand new bed and mattress, built in wardrobe, fridge freezer and full kitchen facilities. It is on the ground floor of a three storey building, so ideal for people with mobility issues. There are 5 other residents who are all single males and been in occupation for a considerable period of time. Heating is by way of thermostat controlled heater and the room has a laminate floor. There is no access to the outdoor space, however there is a secure bike parking facility. The house has 2 shower rooms, with toilet and washing facilities and 1 separate WC. The communal areas are cleaned regularly. There is a local bus stop outside the door, a Morrisons supermarket across the road and it is a 5 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the town centre. All utility bills are included in the weekly rent including free fibre superspeed broadband.
We would prefer a long term tenant to make this room into a home, however we only have a minimum stay of 3 months. There is on-road, no permit parking outside the property.
