The property has a mix of tenants, English and Portuguese consisting of 1 lady and 8 gentlemen.

It is a non smoking room and building, however there is an undercover smoking area at the rear of the property.

The potential tenant would have their own fridge freezer in the room and shared cupboard in the kitchen for food and utensils.
