My current house mate is moving out at the end of the tenancy agreement on 31/05/2024, so I’m looking for someone to take over her half of the tenancy.
I have a small dog who lives with me, and I have horses, so someone not allergic to animals is a must!! I work from home, but this will be in my room and out the way of the rest of the house, as spend a lot of time with my horses.
Looking for someone with similar interests, of a similar age to share with. There will be nights when I’m not there, so you will get your own space, as well as myself as a housemate who loves socialising so will be keen to have nights in together.
Rent and council tax comes to £440 each pcm and bills will be split 50/50 elsewhere. The maximum it would cost in winter is £550 at a push!
House is furnished fully, except your bedroom which must be furnished by yourself.
You will need to be accepted by the estate agents to join to tenancy.
