Would be open to Mon-Fri rental for the right person.

There is only one allocated parking space for the flat but plenty of safe parking space available on this small housing estate which I am happy to show you.

Hethersett is a well-appointed village with a pub and social club , tesco express store, lots going on in the village (fitness classes, social club etc) and regular buses that run throughout the day and evening to Norwich and Wymondham. Would also be perfect location for someone studying or working at UEA/NNUH.
