I’m Lochy! I’ve got a cosy double room in my flat that I’m looking to let.
I’m a full time retail manager so I’m out for most of the day but I like to socialise where I can!
You’ll have access to your own bathroom and I’m happy for you to bring your own furniture if you’d prefer. Pets absolutely considered (for an extra fee).
There is parking at the property as well - no permit or anything required.
Shared lounge and kitchen. Kitchen has washer dryer and a dishwasher as well as fridge, freezer etc.
Rent will be £500 per month - this will include wifi.
All other bills will be split between us each month.
No deposit.
I’m fairly easy so I’m happy to negotiate on different bits and pieces.
Students welcome, but this won’t be a party flat. It’s a quiet village and I feel like suddenly having Wonderwall blaring might not be the best idea…
