I’m looking for a friendly and respectful professional to rent the master bedroom in my home, located in the peaceful village of Horsford, just a 15-minute drive from Norwich.

Horsford has all of the usually required amenities - local shops, a pub, a butchers, takeaways and plenty of woodland and wildlife. It’s a brilliant area for running and getting outdoors.

There are regular buses running into Norwich and back if you do not drive and the bus stop is only a couple of minutes from the house.

The house itself has a chilled, well-looked-after vibe with a spacious garden, perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

I work in London 2–3 days a week, so you’ll often have the house to yourself during that time.

I’m a 37-year-old professional, active and sociable, usually out and about on weekends and working Monday–Friday (mix of home and office).

I’m looking for someone who’s:

• Sociable, easy to get along with, and considerate
• A working professional
• Happy to complete a DBS check
