Double Room (M-F) would consider P/W stays

The Room:
A bright, clean, and quiet small double room in a peaceful new home in Horsford. The room is fully furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside cabinet and chest of drawers at the back of the house overlooking the garden. You’ll have access to a modern kitchen and a shared bathroom.
Linen and towels provided.
The House:
This is a calm, professional household. I work from home as an Senior AP Manager, so the house is very quiet during the day. I value a clean, tidy, and relaxed environment. You’ll be sharing with myself, my teenage daughter, and our two friendly dogs. We are a busy but relaxed family who enjoy a peaceful evening.
My dogs are a huge part of our home life, so it’s essential that you are a genuine dog lover! They are well-behaved and love a friendly hello, but we are also respectful of our lodger's space. Since this is a family home, we take pride in keeping it clean, tidy, and a welcoming place for everyone.
The Ideal Lodger:
I am looking for a professional who works locally or commutes and needs a "home away from home" during the working week. This is a Monday to Friday only arrangement, meaning you have a consistent place to stay for work, and I reclaim the house for the weekends. Open to shorter working weeks e. g. 2-3 days per week and open to discussion regarding price.
Suitability: Non-smoker, clean, and respectful of a quiet home.
Location: Great access to Norwich, including buses every 20 mins with driveway parking and local amenities nearby. Backing onto Horsford woods, a perfect spot to go for a walk and wind down.
Rent: £125 per week (including bills and high-speed Wi-Fi). Happy to rent on a week by week basis so not tied to monthly commitments. As also previously mentioned, happy to agree a price per night for shorter stays if required.
