- I have a double room to rent in the popular Chase Area, ten minute walk from town centre and the train station, with excellent links to Ely, Cambridge and London.
- The room is currently furnished, but happy to move things if required.
- All bills are included. The house has good broadband, Sky TV etc. with a smart TV in the lounge.
- You will have a shared kitchen and bathroom and full use of all facilities in the house - including separate dining room, garden with shed/BBQ, driveway parking etc.
- Sharing with me as a live in landlord and a very lovely rescue cat (and my partner for the odd weekend). I am often away up to two weeks of the month plus weekends - ideally you'll be happy to feed the cat while I am away!
- Would consider Monday-Friday let. Also flexible around move in date and length of stay.
