- We have a double room to rent in the popular Chase Area, ten minute walk from town centre and the train station, with excellent links to Ely, Cambridge and London.
- The room is currently furnished, but happy to move things if required.
- All bills are included. The house has good broadband, Sky TV etc.
- You will have a shared kitchen and bathroom as well full use of all facilities in the house - including separate dining room, garden with shed/BBQ, driveway parking etc.
- Sharing with my girlfriend as a live in landlord and a very lovely rescue cat (and potentially me for the odd weekend). You will often have the house to yourself as she works away/travels - ideally you'll be happy to feed the cat!
- Would consider Monday-Friday let. Also flexible around move in date and length of stay.
