I am a 28 year old professional currently living with a roommate who is moving out so I have a room free in a months time! It's a spacious unfurnished double room in a cosy flat and 10 minute walk to the city centre.
The flat has 3 other rooms along with a small hallway which are the living room/dining room, the kitchen and the bathroom that has a bath/shower, all rooms are furnished apart from the double bedroom that you would be staying in which is unfinished. .
Looking for a chilled out and clean professional to share the space with.
The room is going for £450pm bills not included (usually come around £150pm for bills)
