Small double room to rent in quiet area.

Small double(plenty of room in the rest of the house
makes up for that) . fully furnished. MUST BE AN ANIMAL LOVER. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats. Conservatory, front and back gardens(enclosed). Kitchen dinner, utility room. Lounge, open fire, sky glass tv, good Internet speeds, also available on TV in Conservatory. Parking on street outside house always available, quiet road. 10 min walk into city. Supermarkets close by, asda, aldi, food warehouse and macdonalds. I am laid back and like to chill with the dogs watching films or reading on my days off, or gardening. I am trying to grow my own veg . Once the weather improves, I will get the hot tub back in use. It's expensive to run, so its not kept hot all the time unfortunately but is a good plunge pool to cool down in when it's hot weather. I am looking for someone to watch a film with, having the occasional meal with, to catch up on the day but not to live on top of each other. Someone who loves playing with dogs, or having a cuddle with them. I would class my house as homely and comfortable and I want someone to feel like it is also their home not just the one room. Utility bills included.
