Double room just outside city in rural area.

I currently have a spare double room to rent in the village of Little Plumstead, which is just a 10/15min drive outside of Norwich. The village is close to the NDR, A47 and has a regular bus service 6 days a week. There is parking on the street which is generally quiet too.

Location is suitable for people who like the countryside but still need close access to the city for work. As you walk out of The estate it becomes rural with fields to walk along and quiet lanes too.

Spare room is mostly furnished with a bed, side table, draws, a big cupboard and chair.

Living space is shared, the bathroom, kitchen, living room and small garden area. Someone who is happy to be a bit social in this shared space but time alone is also fine.

I'm a creative person, I draw so space to be creative is encouraged and music too is a plus. I have a few indoor plants around the house and currently changing the garden adding more greenery. I'm also keen at cooking, yoga and running around the countryside.
