Large Kitchen and Lounge downstairs lounge. Garden with barbeque and ample parking on the drive.

Sports and social club less than a 5 minute walk away with nice cheap drinks. Shops, Chinese Take Away, Fish and Chips and Kebabs a 5 minute drive away in Marham.
Cleaner comes once a week to clean the lounge and kitchen, but you are responsible for keeping your own areas clean yourself..
You'll be sharing the house with one other person (Me) and most of the time you wont even notice I am around as I am working a lot. Sorry, no pets and definitely no smoking.
