I'm looking to rent out a double room in my lovely two-bed terraced house which is only five minutes' walk from Norwich City Centre.

You would have exclusive use of the downstairs shower room - the other room has an en suite.

A short distance away is a row of shops with a Tesco Express, cash machine, Pizza Hut, barbers, a lovely coffee shop and The Trafford Arms - a chilled-out local pub which serves a large selection of great beer.

You would be sharing with one professional male in his late 20s who works for a mental health charity. The ideal flatmate would be someone who is open, easy-going, and who appreciates a clean and tidy home environment.

I can apply for one on-road car-parking permit for one car if needed.
