Our house is a Grade II listed merchant property in Colegate. The room is on the second floor, which has a shower and lavatory.
If you wish to accept the room, one month's rent (329.50) must be paid direct to our landlord. There is a minimum tenancy of 6 months. This is non-negotiable as we have experienced too many timewasters.
Living room / kitchen is shared (as is the shower lavatory on the first floor.
We are are mixed bunch where creativity and science meet. I recently completed an MA in Art History and Theory and the University of Essex, and am an alumnus of Norwich University of the Arts (NUA).
Our female housemate, originally from Greece, is a scientist, and our other housemate is male and studying for a degree in the Humanities.
We're looking for a female housemate, or anyone who identifies as, to balance the genders.
We're easy-going, and approachable. Relatively Bohemian, I suppose...we like the usual things.
