We are seeking a professional person for one month to six weeks only. Price reduced from £550 to £450 pcm as this is a short term let only.

The cottage is beautifully furnished and in the heart of the historic city centre.

We have a sunny large double bedroom with en-suite (inc shower), which catches the morning sunshine on a South-East aspect overlooking Princes Street.

The shared kitchen has a bright South-Westerly aspect and overlooks the ancient flint church and beautifully kept church garden. It has fitted beech-wood units and worktops, inbuilt appliances, including dishwasher etc. The lounge is cosy and bright with double aspect Georgian windows and velvet curtains overlooking Princes Street in one direction and the ancient flint church and garden of Hungate to the other.

Princes Street is quiet and genteel. It is one minute from Cinema City and two minutes from Norwich Playhouse. In the opposite direction it is one minute from the heart of Tombland, and the magnificent Norwich Cathedral with its refectory and library.

There is only meter-paid parking in this area
