Cheap Room for Dog Lovers

Tidy Double room with broadband, a double bed and a small structured wardrobe. Very cheap inclusive rent because I propose a deal for dog lovers only. I work full time and my dog is on his own in the day. You should be around in the day at least 3-4 days a week to walk him and keep him company while I'm at work, and help me out with him here and there around that. If you're full time employed 9-5 then this isn't for you. Shift workers, students, working from home etc might be better suited. Dog walking schedule can be arranged weekly so if there are days you can't do we can work it out, and weekends usually not required. It would be best if you have some experience with dogs, and the dog's welfare is more important to me than the rent so if you're just looking for cheap but don't care much about dogs please move on. This should be a win-win-win (you-me-dog) for the right person. He's medium sized happy chap who's very affectionate.

I'm no clean freak, but the bathroom and kitchen are always clean, and I would expect those rooms to be maintained. You'll never find a skid mark or a rogue pube in the tub! :D


The flat is top floor near Sprowston Road, Aldi is 2 minutes walk away and there's a bus stop just outside. It's always warm in the flat, all windows double glazed and there's an electric shower. I have a good washing machine, and a dishwasher.
Depending on your availability to walk the dog I can supplement by paying a dog walker but if that's the case frequently the price of rent goes up. That's the deal.
