There are two shower rooms and 2 wc's shared between the 4 housemates.
The kitchen/diner is fully equipped with all your needs from the microwave to pots & pans, utensils, plates, cutlery etc. Table and chairs, two under counter fridges, a washing machine.
A spacious comfy lounge with leather sofas and tv.
Utility room with large freezer and dryer.
There is secure bike storage to the rear via a side passage.
A local co-op and tesco are just around the corner; Aldi is a short cycle ride.
The sunny garden is a great place to eat and relax, and even grow your own veg.
The house is well maintained. Fitted throughout with fire safety doors, hard-wired smoke/heat alarms and carbon monoxide detector, plus external security lighting. All gas and electrical certificates are up to date.
The room is initially available until 25 September.
I am an amenable and conscientious landlord and manage the property myself, so you will always deal with me directly.
