I'm advertising a nice double room in a large detached 4 bedroom house. The room has just been decorated, new mattress and the whole upstairs has new carpets and a new bathroom.

The house is in a private cul-de-sac and is close to the UEA and Hospital, on the bus route to the city. There are also nearby shops.

The guys living there are a very chilled, KC and Lucia are students and George who is working. The mix works well.

You'll be sharing the bills which are between £30 and £50 (summer/winter) a month which includes high speed broadband but not C. Tax in case you are liable.

Fully furnished and well looked after, there's loads of space in the house, 2 fridges and 2 freezers, a washing machine and a dryer, oven and all the things you'd need. It has a big kitchen and a nice sized garden

Quiet, bright and spacious it has an additional dining and conservatory so lots of extra room. The downstairs also has a newly fitted wooden floor and new furniture including 2 big comfy leather couches and a TV. There are also 2 bathrooms.

There is private off road parking and a locked side passage which is ideal for keeping bikes safe and also leads through to a patio and a nice garden for barbeques.

The contract will be for minimum 3 months and then month by month.
