We’re looking for a third housemate to join us when our current third housemate moves out at the end of this month. Will be sharing with two professional women and a very cute friendly dog.

The room is a small single in a large homely Victorian terrace house on a peaceful street in Thorpe Hamlet. 10min walk to the train station, 20min walk to the city centre.

This would suit a mature professional looking for a quiet, friendly place, in a pleasant and convenient location – maybe while working away from home or on a work/study placement.

Kitchen is fully fitted, including dishwasher, gas oven and washing/drying machine.

Living/dining area are two rooms with dividing doors. The living room has two sofas and an open fireplace and the dining room has a table and four comfortable chairs.

Large downstairs bathroom has a jacuzzi bath and shower, toilet and sink.

Bedroom is freshly decorated with a newly sanded wooden floor. There is a large wardrobe for storage.

On street parking permit possible. Bike storage at the back of the house also available.
