Double bedroom available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property. There is a decent size garden and free parking all on the road. It’s a 15 min walk into town and 5 min drive from the UEA. I work full time, but do work 2 days from home. The smallest bedroom is currently an office, but would also be a great study space for students. I do have a 2 yr old dog.
