There will be a new letting contract with the landlord for suitable tenant. As I have already signed the contract until 8th Jan, therefore the min. letting length is 2 months since 8th Nov (the moving date may be earlier than this date in the first week of Nov). You can also sign the longer contract with landlord directly.
