Bluebell is a detached house in a beautiful elevated position in a select, non-student area 10 minutes walk from the UEA campus. It is a light, airy, peaceful and comfortable house, in a very safe area.
Set back from the road and in a private drive, this house has 'wow' factor, ie not your average 'student' house.

Porch with shoe and coat hanging space with inner door with keypad security lock, leading to entrance hall.
Under the stairs is storage for cleaning materials and the panel for the solar energy - yes, this house has solar panels!

Spacious kitchen; with integral oven & hob with extractor fan, two fridgefreezers, ample cupboard/storage space, all basic kitchen equipment is supplied, including microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils & equipment, saucepans, crockery, cutlery, glasses.

Lounge/Dining room, (open plan to kitchen); with two sofas, coffee tables, TV (license included in rent), dining table and seating for 5.
