PLEASE NOTE: I will be able to offer tours of the house (virtual or real) once my current lodgers move out in February but not before. The room will not be available to move into until March.
This is a newly decorated and renovated room with a 'walk-through' built in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom.
You will have access to a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, downstairs loo and patio garden.
All bills are included (within reason!).
If you have a car, a parking permit will need to be purchased which I believe is between £24-37 per year.
I often stay at my boyfriend's house or visit family in Shropshire so I may not be there very often.
Looking for someone tidy and reliable and friendly.
For couples, I would ask for an additional £50 per month to cover the increase in bills - sorry!
