Bills are included in monthly rent (including council tax). £450.

As there are 6 tenants, the bathrooms are divided so there is 3 allocated to each bathroom. There is also an additional toilet downstairs.

Washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, microwave, 2 fridge/freezers.

Bedroom has 8 plug sockets and a TV socket.
