Hi, i'm looking for someone to move in to my spare double room from January 1st. I'm in full-time employment (currently working from home) and also doing my masters so I'm looking for someone who appreciates peace and quiet around the house and a good night's sleep. I work long hours but i try to get out of the house when i can so will give you space! NO SMOKERS please and my only other wish is for you to be a tidy person like me. I'm otherwise an easy going person 😊
The location is NR4 (Tuckswood), it's a 30-35 min walk from the city, with the purple line bus stop right outside of the house. Parking is not an issue on my road.
The house comes with a beautiful garden, and although it's too cold outside to enjoy it properly, it is still nice to look at from inside the house! As you can see from the photos the house is newly redecorated and clean. There is also a dishwasher and a tumble dryer for your convenience.
Finally, i hope you are a cat lover because my neighbour's cat comes to visit a lot! 🐈
