We now have a various size rooms available in this great student accommodation for the upcoming academic year!

The rooms are within a large, converted building which houses over 60 students in different wings. There are shared communal kitchen areas, as well as laundry rooms and dining rooms. All rooms come fully furnished and will be available for students from August/September 2021 for the next academic year!

PERMITTED PAYMENTS

Before the tenancy starts (payable to Tiili Agency Ltd)

Refundable Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent.

Damage Deposit: 1 months rent for “Tenancy Deposit Scheme”.

During the tenancy (payable to Tiili Agency Ltd)

Payment of agreed monthly rent

Payment of £25.00 for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.

Payment of £50.00 if you want to change the tenancy agreement.

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy.

TENANT PROTECTION
