The house is situated in Catton Grove (NR3), 15-20 mins from UEA and Norwich Research Park by car (25-30 mins by bike). Local shops (Co-op and pharmacy) are within walking distance and the 21 and 22 bus routes make the city centre easily accessible.

The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor and comes fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, desk and chair, wardrobe, and bedside table. The room comes with private use of the main bathroom (with shower over bath). The 1st floor is comprised of a fully furnished kitchen/diner (with washer/dryer), living room, and separate WC. Current housemate is a friendly gentleman who occupies the ground floor, so the rest of the house will be shared with just myself. Both are working professionals looking for a quiet and clean housemate.
