Double room in friendly Norwich flat

We are three housemates looking for someone to fill a double room as a current tennant is leaving.

We are friendly, fairly clean/tidy and respectful of eachother. Helen and Scotney work and Amy works and studies at UEA.

The flat is very close to the city centre, just off Dereham road. The flat consists of four bedrooms, two toilets, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen.

The kitchen has 2 fridges, 2 freezers, clothes washer, dishwasher, 2 airing cubboards for drying clothes.

The room itself is a furnished double room, which includes a bed, matress, wardrobe, 2 desks, a chest of drawers and a bedside table.

The ammenities such as wifi, electric, water and council tax add up £94.71 to on top of the rent. The flat is a property band A for council tax. The rent includes heating.

We are looking for a friendly person to join our flat and are happy to answer any question and show you round!

The move in date is 5th January and the tenancy ends 5th September. Each room is let by the landlord individually and so it's easy to stay for longer if you want to. Hilary, our landlord, is quick to respond whenever we have an issue and gets things sorted swiftly.
