The Room has a kingsize bed, with four storage drawers underneath, 1 free-standing double wardrobe, 1 large walk-in double wardrobe, 2 large chests of drawers, one bedside table, a desk and chair, a full-length mirror.

Every bedroom is lockable with its own key. Every bedroom has a smoke alarm, fire door and TV point for a small television. No cinema screens, please.

Modern fully equipt kitchen, cosy lounge dining room with TV. WiFi Internet.

Each person has their own fridge-freezer and their own large food cupboards.

Pretty, sunny, south-facing garden with seating. Gardener visits regularly.

There is a cleaning rota system in place in the house, so only apply if you are prepared to take your turn with the vacuum cleaner and cleaning the bathroom
