Parking is available immediately outside the property, and it is only an 8 min walk to the very centre of the city.

This room is presented as part of a well-maintained terraced house.

You will enjoy living in community with a young professional accountant and a professional solicitor. Previous tenants have been professionals or PhD Students. This letting is not suitable for undergraduate students.

Typically our present and previous residents have stayed between 2-5 years. We are sure you will like it and will soon feel at home.
