You will have your own large bathroom with a shower + bathtub as I am using the smaller ensuite bathroom. Property comes with a shared living room/kitchen and a balcony located in the living room. Parking is available but this is at an extra cost. Pets (ideally cats) will be considered but the landlord charges an extra £50 for this.
I am a working professional during the daytime but also work as a musician outside of this. I tend to spend a lot of time in my room when I’m at home, but am looking for a pretty chilled out housemate who likes to socialise from time to time but also enjoys their own space. Someone who is clean would also be amazing!
