Double room available in cottage style terraced house furnished with smart tv.
The room has a bathroom/en-suite joined to it but I will need use it when needed, so will be classed as shared bathroom.
There is also a downstairs toilet.


All bills are included.

Walking distance to the city and also there is a bus stop right opposite the house.

Washing machine and tumble dryer in the house & a washing line in the garden 😃
On road parking is available.

I’m very much an animal lover and for my job I’m a dog groomer so working during the days mon-Fri in my own shop.
I also have small dogs and they always come to work with me.

I’m laid back, quiet person and likes to keep myself to myself.

Would very much suit a person that works nights as I’m never in the house during the day. But also welcome to anyone wanting to rent the room 😃

No couples, no party goers and not really suitable for someone working from home sorry!
