Hi I'm Adam, a relaxed and sociable male professional looking for a friendly professional housemate to fill a small double room in a modern, clean and furnished two-bedroom Riverside apartment.

I currently live in the property and there are no other housemates. Some of my interests include playing sport / exercise, music, socialising, eating out, watching tv / sport and reading!

The property is in a great location in the Riverside area of Norwich next to the Carrow Road Football Stadium. This has easy access to various parts of the city by foot and public transport including:

- 10 minute walk to Riverside Complex including Morrisons Supermarket and Boots Pharmacy
- 15 minute walk to Norwich Train Station and Bus Stop for local bus routes including the regular 25 / 26 First Bus Service
- 20 - 25 minute walk to Norwich City Centre

There is no parking available at the property.

The room available is a well-lit small double room that is currently unfurnished. However dependent upon the needs of the tenant this can be available either unfurnished, furnished with a small double bed or furnished with a single bed.

If furnished, additional bedroom furniture such as bedside units and a chest of drawers can also be provided. Please note that the desk in the pictures has been included to provide scale for the room and is not included with the renting of this.

All bills are included in the rent price including: Council Tax (Band C), Gas, water, electricity, internet, tv license and some additional tv streaming services.

As a housemate you will have shared use of communal areas including the bathroom, kitchen, living room and balcony area so that you can feel at home in the space.

You will also have access to all white goods and electronics including the fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, oven and living room tv.

Unfortunately the property is unavailable to students, smokers, couples or people with pets. The housing association will also require some personal details should you be successful including proof of no previous criminal convictions.

If successful with your application, the deposit and first month's rent must be paid in advance of moving into the property. The room will be available from the 1st September, after which the successful applicant will be able to move in subject to the arrival of their furnishing choices.
