The room has an east facing window looking out over gardens and trees- it gets lots of morning sunlight. There is a double bed with drawers for storage underneath and a stand up closet. Also a desk with chair.
The house has a long garden, with lawn, vegetable patch, polytunnel and outdoor space.
The living room is cozy with a big functioning fire place.
Kitchen has all the necesarry amenities including a washer-dryer. Bathroom has a bathtub and shower.

Quiet house, would be suitable for postgraduate, postdoc, academic. Current housemates are academics. 10 min cycle to UEA.
