Furnished with double bed, large wardrobe, storage unit and bedside table.

Communal area consists of open plan living and kitchen with all amenities.
Decent sized bathroom with storage available

Lots of storage at property with 1 large cupboard for your own use and loft space.

There is a cat that lives here but can easily be kept out of private room. Very friendly and well behaved.

Currently only me living here full time but occasionally joined by my partner.

I work from home 9-5 Monday - Friday (usually in the living room) so would prefer someone whose hours align (i. e. not in the house during those times) but, if you're happy to deal with me having online meetings, it's fine if not.

Very easy to get around, inside the inner ring road so transport links basically on the doorstep.

1 parking space for use and guest parking spaces for 2 day use are included. Both behind a locked gate. I just ask that you don't have two cars here very often so that I can access the other spece (I don't drive but my partner does)

Price includes all bills and council tax

Need someone in by the 18th of May for next rent payment. The room will be empty from the 20th April . Length of stay very flexible.
