I’m looking for a respectful and tidy person to live in the spare room of my terrace house. I work in-between London and home so may be out of the house for consecutive days in the week. The room would be best suited to someone with a busy life, like myself, I tend to stay in during the weekday evenings but always very busy weekends!
I work from home and this would be a possibility for you too, from the rented room although my preference is to have someone with a job outside the home. Cost adjustments may be made depending on how many WFH days are needed.
I have a nice garden which I’m currently enjoying planting, it’s the last part of the property that’s needed work - I spent years renovating the rest!
I am in a long distance relationship so my partner may visit and stay for a period of time before returning to South Africa. He’s a sociable, 31 year old too, who likes to cook and garden (and obviously, bbq when it’s hot again).
The property is in the Tax Band B and will be included in the rent.
